Job Description

Select Energy Services participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.  If E-Verify cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, Select is required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Social Security Administration (SSA) so you can begin to resolve the issue before the employer can take any action against you, including terminating your employment.  Select only uses E-Verify once you have accepted a job offer and completed the Form I-9.

Summary:  This position is responsible for the rollout of the Fleet Maintenance System (TMW), managing the parts inventory and warranty recovery through the TMW system. 

 

Primary Functions

  • Understand Fleet Maintenance System (TMW) to the ability to implement and train shop employees throughout the Select Company
  • Through the TMW system maintain and manage all parts inventory
  • Understand the needs within each shop of parts and the importance of tracking
  • Track all parts usage and ordering through TMW
  • Maintain acceptable level of parts inventory
  • Maintain Warranty criteria through TMW
  • Submit all warranty claims through TMW
  • Track payments received through warranty claims
  • Follow up on all rejected warranty claims
  • Partner with vendors for all parts ordering

 

 

Field Work Qualifications:

  • Must  wear all required personal protective equipment 
  • Aptitude to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to troubleshoot in the field computer software/equipment issues as it pertains to TMW system
  • Ability to adapt to last minute changes and/or priorities of work assignments
  • Knowledge of equipment parts and tracking of through TMW of all inventory.
  • Provide on-site calculations of field analysis
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Experience in Inventory management
  • Organized with an attention to detail
  • Willingness to grow and develop with the position as it evolves
  • High motivated and focused
  • Self-sufficient; self-starter
  • Independently establish priorities and complete competing assignments within required timeframes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle in accordance to Select’s policies
