What you will do.

As a Flowback Operator, you’ll do a walkthrough of the Rig-Up, checking restraints, valves, manifolds, gauges, etc.  If you find anything wrong during your walkthrough, you’ll use your experience and expertise to address it yourself or call Rig-Up back to the job site.  Once you’ve confirmed everything is right with the Rig-Up, you’ll open the well and begin operations, troubleshooting along the way.  Once done troubleshooting, you’ll begin hourly checks recording data and building reports for the customer.

What you need to know.

We demand a high level or dependability from our Flowback Operators.  You have to have some leadership skills and have an ownership mentality about the pad you’re on.  We also take safety very seriously and will expect you to do the same.  You’ll need to be detail oriented with your data and have good computer skills.
