*This position will require relocation to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.*

Summary

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design,
participating in the continuous improvement, and the successful administration
of compensation, incentive, and equity programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties may include the following: (other duties may be assigned)

• Manages the administration, communication, and compliance of employee equity
grants company-wide.

• Evaluates best practices and developments in applicable laws to drive changes
in equity plan design and implementation.

• Partners with Legal and Finance to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory,
internal and external reporting and requirements for equity plans and
disclosures.

• Ensures all equity plan administration is accurate inclusive of annual
planning of grants and vesting, timely and accurate reporting to Accounting,
managing vendor relationships and staying current on all legal and tax
implications for an international organization

• Ensures all aspects of short term incentive programs are managed within
appropriate SOX controls, that financial accruals are accurate and that all
plan documentation is up to date.

• Oversees the calculation of commission/incentive award payments to sales
personnel based on commission plan provisions.

• Perform cost analysis, modeling, and budget forecasting for use by Finance
and Accounting.

• Oversees the tracking of employee data related to the annual bonus plan,
inclusive of eligibility, targets, and plan assignment.

• Ensures annual bonus pay-outs are calculated correctly, communicated to
managers and participants, and are paid out in a timely fashion working with
Payroll as appropriate.

• Analyzes and makes recommendation on pay scales using external market data
and internal calibration.

• Proactively identifies and recommends resolution to Compensation related
issues which may include pay equity, FLSA designations, attraction/retention,
variable pay, or any matters related pay or compensation.

• Reviews and audits overall compensation pay programs and practices to ensure
effectiveness and integrity.

• Participate in benchmarking surveys and analyze results. Review employee
salary and total compensation relative to new market data and recommend market
adjustments as appropriate.

• Assists management and senior staff with job analyses, evaluation of exempt
and non-exempt classifications, band structure and compensation data to
recommend appropriate levels in organizational and compensation hierarchies for
new and existing jobs.

• Monitors compensation practices from a legal standpoint to ensure compliance
with labor laws and regulations such as FLSA, Title VII, Equal Pay Act,
Americans with Disability Act, Dodd-Frank, etc.

• Assists in the Annual merit planning process.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative
of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• 3-5 years of experience with compensation as primary role.

• Experience with short- and long-term incentive plans, equity plans (including
RSAs, RSUs, options, and performance shares).

• Experience with sales commission plans.

• Experience using external market data and surveys to develop competitive,
fiscally responsible compensation strategies.

•Excellent computer skills with an emphasis in Excel.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent analytical skills.

•Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred

•Member of NASPP (National Association of Stock Plan Professionals) or GEO (Global Equity Organization) preferred

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be
met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials
(maximum 100 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, repetitive wrist and hand
movements, hearing, seeing (including depth perception and peripheral vision),
ability of rapid mental coordination, and mentally alert for entire regular
shift.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust
